Communication

Purpose

Communications are in English unless stated otherwise. They must be in a form which can be read, copied, and recorded.

Practical Application

All notices and instructions should be in writing. Verbal instructions should be confirmed in writing promptly.

Common Pitfalls

The contract does not specify particular methods (email, letter, system). Agree communication protocols at project start.
