Clause 13.4

Acceptance and Reply Periods

Purpose

The period for reply or acceptance is the period stated in the Contract Data. If no period is stated, it is two weeks.

Practical Application

Track all reply periods diligently. Late responses can result in deemed acceptance of proposals.

Common Pitfalls

Two weeks is the default. If the Contract Data specifies a different period, use that instead.
