Design of Equipment

Purpose

The Contractor designs temporary works and equipment used to Provide the Works.

Practical Application

Temporary works design is the Contractor's responsibility. The Employer retains no liability for Contractor-designed temporary works.

The PM may request design details for temporary works. Submit promptly to avoid programme delays.
