Clause 50.1

Amounts Due

Purpose

The PM assesses the amount due at each assessment date. The first assessment is after the first period.

Practical Application

Payments are assessed monthly (typically). The assessment includes the Price for Work Done to Date, plus any other amounts.

Common Pitfalls

The assessment is based on the Contractor's application. Submit detailed and timely applications.
