Clause 60.2

Physical Conditions — Baseline

Purpose

A physical condition is only a CE if not addressed in any Baseline Statement in the Site Information.

Practical Application

The Site Information sets the baseline. Conditions materially worse than described may be a CE.

Common Pitfalls

If the Site Information clearly describes the condition, even if unfavourable, 60.1(12) cannot be used.
