Clause 73.2

Removing Equipment

Purpose

The Contractor removes Equipment from Site when no longer needed.

Practical Application

The PM may instruct removal of redundant Equipment to free up space. The Contractor complies at their own cost.

Common Pitfalls

If the Contractor does not remove Equipment, the Employer may remove and sell it, deducting costs.
