Insurance

Purpose

The Contractor insures as stated in the Insurance Table in the Contract Data.

Practical Application

Insurance requirements include: Employer's liability, public liability, and insurance of the works.

Common Pitfalls

Failure to maintain required insurance can be a substantial breach. Provide evidence of insurance to the PM.
