Termination Procedure

Purpose

The terminating party notifies the other of the reason and certifies the grounds.

Practical Application

Termination by the Employer: the PM certifies the reason and the Contractor leaves Site.

Common Pitfalls

Termination by the Contractor requires PM non-compliance with payment obligations.
