Termination by the Employer
The Employer may terminate the contract at any time for any reason by giving notice. The notice period is stated in the Contract Data.
Termination for convenience allows the Employer to end the contract without cause. The Contractor is paid for work done and reasonable costs of termination.
The Contractor is entitled to its costs of demobilisation and termination but not loss of profit on remaining work. This is less favourable than termination by default.
