Clause 10.2

The Works Information

Purpose

Defines the Works Information as the specification, scope, and constraints. The Contractor Provides the Works in accordance with it.

Practical Application

All CE assessments should reference the Works Information to establish what was required versus what was encountered.

Common Pitfalls

Ambiguous Works Information is a common source of disputes. Ensure it is sufficiently detailed before contract signature.
