Compensation Events — List
Lists all events that entitle the Contractor to additional time and/or money. Includes PM instructions (60.1(1)), physical conditions (60.1(12)), and Employer's risks (60.1(14)).
The Contractor must check if a matter falls within this list. If it does, notify under 61.3. If not, it is the Contractor's risk.
Common errors: treating a matter as a CE when not listed, or failing to notify within the 8-week period.
