The Client may replace the Project Manager or the Supervisor after notifying the Contractor of the name of the replacement. No approval from the Contractor is required.
The Client has the unilateral right to change the PM or Supervisor by simply informing the Contractor. The notification should include the replacement's name and contact details.
Frequent changes of PM or Supervisor can disrupt project continuity. The Contractor should establish clear communication channels with any new appointee promptly.
