Clause 15.3

Early Warning Register

Purpose

The PM maintains a Risk Register and publishes it to the Contractor. The register records early warnings and proposed mitigation.

Practical Application

The Risk Register is a live document. Review it regularly at progress meetings.

Common Pitfalls

If the PM does not maintain the register, the Contractor should keep their own records of early warnings given.
