Early Warning
The Contractor and PM notify each other of any matter that could increase Prices, delay Completion, or impair performance.
Early warnings are not CEs but alert the project team to potential issues. They should be raised as soon as a matter is identified.
Failure to give an early warning may affect CE entitlement under 61.3 if the matter was known but not notified.
