Providing the Works
The Contractor Provides the Works in accordance with the Works Information and completes by the Completion Date.
This is the Contractor's primary obligation. Any delay or defect may trigger Employer remedies.
The obligation is absolute but qualified by CEs. Notify promptly when events may affect completion.
