Health and Safety Requirements

Purpose

The Contractor acts in accordance with the health and safety requirements stated in the Scope.

Practical Application

The Scope may contain specific health and safety obligations. The Contractor must comply with all such requirements and with applicable statutory health and safety laws.

Common Pitfalls

Non-compliance with health and safety requirements can result in stop-work instructions, regulatory penalties, and may be grounds for termination under clause 91.3 (R15).
