Non-Disclosure of Information
The Parties do not disclose information obtained in connection with the works except when necessary to carry out their duties under the contract.
Confidentiality applies to all project information including design, pricing, methods, and commercial data. Disclosure is only permitted to the extent needed to perform contractual obligations.
The exception for 'necessary' disclosure is narrow. Sharing information with related companies, advisors, or insurers without a direct contractual need may breach this clause.
