Completion
Completion is achieved when the Contractor has done all work stated in the Works Information to be done by Completion and corrected notified Defects.
Completion is not the same as 'practical completion' in JCT. It requires all work and defect correction.
If defects remain uncorrected at Completion, the Employer may assess delay damages and have defects corrected later.
