Clause 32.1

Programme Acceptance

Purpose

The PM accepts the programme if it complies with the contract and shows realistic plans.

Practical Application

The PM may reject a programme if it is unrealistic or incomplete. Reasons for rejection must be given.

Common Pitfalls

An unrealistic programme (e.g., compressed durations) can be rejected. PM rejection within reply period prevents deemed acceptance.
