Clause 32.2

Revising Programme

Purpose

The Contractor revises the programme to show current progress and forecast completion.

Practical Application

Regular programme updates (typically monthly) are good practice even if not instructed by the PM.

Common Pitfalls

Failure to update the programme undermines the Contractor's CE claims. An uncontemporaneous programme is less credible.
