Clause 35.1

Completion Certificate

Purpose

The Supervisor certifies Completion within one week of Completion being achieved.

Practical Application

The Completion Certificate triggers key milestones: retention release, defect corrections period, and delay damages cessation.

Common Pitfalls

If the Supervisor does not certify promptly, Completion is treated as certified on the date it was achieved.
