Defects Certificate
The Supervisor issues a Defects Certificate at the end of the defect correction period, listing defects notified but not corrected.
The Defects Certificate marks the end of the correction period and release of the second half of retention.
If no defects remain, the Supervisor issues a Defects Certificate stating no uncorrected defects.
