Clause 51.1

Payment Certificates

Purpose

The PM certifies the amount due within one week of each assessment.

Practical Application

The certificate states the amount due, the amount already paid, and the amount now due.

Common Pitfalls

The PM may adjust previous assessments if new information emerges. Challenge significant adjustments promptly.
