Payment

Purpose

The Employer pays the certified amount within three weeks of the assessment date.

Practical Application

Payment periods are measured from the assessment date, not the certificate date. Calculate payment dates carefully.

Common Pitfalls

Late payment attracts interest. Notify the PM promptly if payment is not received on time.
