The Client or Others do not work within the times shown on the Accepted Programme, do not work within the conditions stated in the Scope, or carry out work on the Site that is not stated in the Scope.
The Client and Others must comply with the programme times and Scope conditions for their own work.
Work by Others on the Site that is not stated in the Scope is a compensation event even if done within time.
