CE — PM or Supervisor Changes a Decision
The Project Manager or the Supervisor changes a decision which either has previously communicated to the Contractor.
A change to any previously communicated decision (instruction, acceptance, certificate) is a compensation event.
Document the original decision and the change to support the assessment.
