Clause 60.3

Weather Conditions

Purpose

Weather measured and recorded at the Site is a CE if it is significantly worse than the reference data stated in the Contract Data.

Practical Application

The Contractor compares actual weather records against the reference data. The difference must be significant.

Common Pitfalls

Only weather at the Site location counts. Off-site weather data is not relevant unless it affects the Site.
