CE — Other Events

Purpose

Events listed in the Contract Data as CEs are added to the list in 60.1.

Practical Application

The Contract Data may add project-specific CEs. Review the Contract Data carefully for these additions.

Common Pitfalls

Project-specific CEs must be clearly described. Ambiguously drafted additional CEs can cause disputes.
