Clause 62.6

Implementing Quotation

Purpose

The CE is implemented when the PM accepts the quotation. The Prices and Completion Date are changed.

Practical Application

Implementation is by PM notice. Formal notification is required — verbal agreement is not sufficient.

Common Pitfalls

Until formal notice is given, the CE is not implemented. Keep a register of implemented CEs.
