Clause 65.1

Implementing CEs

Purpose

The PM notifies acceptance of the quotation or their own assessment. The CE is implemented on the date of notification.

Practical Application

Implementation changes the Prices and Completion Date. The change is effective from the notification date.

Common Pitfalls

Keep a register of implemented CEs with dates. Changes are not effective until formally notified.
