Marking of Equipment
The Contractor marks Equipment brought on to the Site as the property of the Contractor. Marked Equipment is not removed without the PM's permission.
Marking distinguishes Contractor-owned Equipment from Employer-owned materials. The PM may inspect markings to verify ownership.
Unmarked Equipment may be presumed to belong to the Employer in the event of a dispute or insolvency. Maintain a register of all Equipment on Site.
