Employer's Risks

Purpose

Employer's risks include war, radioactive contamination, and other specified events. The Employer bears these risks.

Practical Application

Employer's risks are similar to force majeure. If they occur and affect the works, it is a CE.

Common Pitfalls

Standard insurance may not cover all Employer's risks. Check insurance requirements in the Contract Data.
