Clause 90.1

Adjudication

Purpose

Either party may refer a dispute to adjudication. The Adjudicator's decision is binding unless revised by the tribunal.

Adjudication is the primary dispute resolution method. Prepare your case thoroughly before referring.

Common Pitfalls

Adjudication timelines are tight (28 days). Ensure all evidence is ready before referral.
