Adjudicator's Decision

Purpose

The Adjudicator's decision is binding. The parties implement it promptly, even if they intend to challenge.

Practical Application

Non-compliance with an adjudicator's decision can be enforced through the tribunal.

Common Pitfalls

If a party challenges the decision, they must refer to the tribunal. The decision remains binding until the tribunal decides otherwise.
