Adjudicator's Powers

Purpose

The Adjudicator decides the dispute and may review any matter, not just the referral.

Practical Application

The Adjudicator has broad investigatory powers. They may request documents and information from both parties.

Common Pitfalls

The Adjudicator cannot be challenged for procedural errors unless they affect the fairness of the decision.
