Clause 93.3

Termination — Contractor's Obligations

Purpose

On termination, the Contractor stops work, removes Equipment, and leaves the Site.

Practical Application

The Contractor must protect the works and leave the Site in a safe condition.

Common Pitfalls

The Employer may take over Contractor's Equipment on Site to complete the works.
