Third Party Rights
The Parties intend that a third party may enforce a term of this contract under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 if the term is identified in the Contract Data as a term which the third party may enforce.
Third parties can enforce only the terms identified in the Contract Data.
Terms must be expressly identified in the Contract Data for a third party to enforce them.
