The Client pays a bonus if the Contractor achieves Completion before the Completion Date. The bonus amount and calculation method are stated in the Contract Data.
A bonus is paid for early Completion at the rate or amount stated in the Contract Data.
The bonus is paid only where Completion is achieved before the Completion Date.
