Delay Damages
The Client may deduct delay damages if the Contractor does not achieve Completion by the Completion Date. The damages are at the rate stated in the Contract Data.
Delay damages are deducted at the rate stated in the Contract Data for each day Completion is late.
Delay damages are the Client's only remedy for late Completion where Option X7 applies.
