Subcontracting — Approval Process
The Contractor submits the name of each proposed Subcontractor to the PM for acceptance. The PM may not unreasonably withhold acceptance.
Submit proposed Subcontractors before they commence work. The PM checks their capability, resources, and financial standing.
If the Contractor appoints a Subcontractor without PM acceptance, it may be a breach of contract. The Contractor remains fully liable for all Subcontractor acts and omissions regardless of acceptance.
