Clause 24.1

Working with Others

Purpose

The Contractor works with other people as stated in the Works Information. This includes the Employer, PM, Supervisor, and others named in the Contract Data.

Practical Application

The Contractor provides access, information, and cooperation to others working on or near the Site. This includes utility companies and other contractors.

Common Pitfalls

Failure to cooperate with others may cause delays that are not CEs. The Contractor bears the risk of coordinating its work with others as described in the Works Information.
