Obeying Instructions
The Contractor obeys an instruction which is in accordance with the contract and is given by the Project Manager or the Supervisor.
The Contractor must comply with all valid instructions from the PM or Supervisor. Failure to comply is a breach of contract and may result in the Client correcting the matter at the Contractor's cost.
The instruction must be in accordance with the contract. If an instruction is outside the PM's or Supervisor's authority, the Contractor should query it before complying and seek written confirmation.
