Publicity Restriction
The Contractor may publicise the works only with the Client's agreement. The Contractor cannot issue press releases, social media posts, or other publicity about the project without prior Client consent.
The Contractor should seek the Client's written approval before any public communication about the project. The Client may impose conditions on how the project is described.
Unauthorised publicity, even if positive, is a breach of contract. Case study publications, award submissions, and marketing materials featuring the project all require Client consent.
