Tests — Supervisor Attendance
The Contractor notifies the Supervisor of the time and place of any test or inspection. The Supervisor or a representative may attend. If the Supervisor does not attend, the test proceeds without them.
Provide reasonable notice (typically several working days) of planned tests. The Supervisor's attendance confirms the test was witnessed and the conditions were appropriate.
If the Supervisor does not attend after proper notice, they cannot subsequently dispute the test conditions or results. Maintain photographic or video evidence of unattended tests.
