Correcting Defects
The Contractor corrects notified defects. If the defect is urgent, the Contractor corrects it immediately.
Defect correction is typically within the period stated in the Contract Data. If none stated, within a reasonable time.
Uncorrected defects after Completion may entitle the Employer to have them corrected and deduct costs.
