Inspection of Accounts and Records
The Contractor allows the Project Manager to inspect at any time within working hours the accounts and records which it is required to keep under the contract.
The PM has the right to audit the Contractor's cost records at any reasonable time. This includes accounts, timesheets, invoices, and subcontract payment records.
Refusing or obstructing PM access to records may result in costs being treated as Disallowed Cost. The Contractor should maintain organised, accessible records at all times.
