Activity Schedule Revision
Under Option A, if the Contractor changes a planned method of working so that the activities on the Activity Schedule do not relate to the operations on the Accepted Programme, or corrects the Activity Schedule, the Contractor submits a revision of the Activity Schedule to the PM for acceptance.
The Activity Schedule must reflect the Contractor's current planned methods. When methods change, the schedule is revised to maintain alignment with the Accepted Programme.
The revision must not change the total of the Prices. The redistribution between activities must be reasonable. Incorrect redistribution can cause disputes when assessing future CEs.
