Acceptance of Activity Schedule Revision
Under Option A, a reason for not accepting a revision of the Activity Schedule is that it does not relate to the operations on the Accepted Programme, the changed Prices are not reasonably distributed between incomplete activities, or the total of the Prices is changed.
The PM can reject a revised Activity Schedule if the activity breakdown no longer reflects the programme, or if prices are allocated unfairly. The total Prices must remain unchanged.
If the PM rejects a revision, the old Activity Schedule remains in effect, which may no longer reflect the Contractor's planned work. This complicates CE assessments using out-of-date activity values.
