CE — Adverse Weather

Purpose

The weather at the Site is significantly worse than the reference weather data stated in the Contract Data. The comparison is made using the method stated in the Contract Data.

Practical Application

The Contract Data states the reference weather data (typically from a nearby meteorological station). Monthly measurements are compared against this baseline.

Common Pitfalls

Only the specific weather parameters stated in the Contract Data (e.g., rainfall, temperature, wind speed) count. General 'bad weather' without reference data is not a CE.
