CE — Quotation for a Proposed Instruction Not Accepted
The Project Manager notifies the Contractor that a quotation for a proposed instruction is not accepted.
Where the PM sought a quotation for a proposed instruction under clause 65 and does not accept it, that notification is a compensation event.
If the quotation is not accepted, the PM may still issue the instruction and notify it as a compensation event under clause 65.3.
